Your season. Your athletes. Your history. All in one place.
TrueRecord brings current athletic information, event details, results, athlete performance, program records and the history behind them into one place built around your school.
Your athletic information already exists. It just lives everywhere.
News and bulletins in one app. Event information in an email or handout. Results on different websites. Athlete information in another system. Old records in a shared drive or filing cabinet.
TrueRecord brings the current season, athlete performance, program records and the history behind them together so schools, coaches, athletes and families know where to look.

For Schools & Coaches
Less chasing. Less rebuilding. More continuity.
At the end of a season, schools should not have to start over and collect the history they just lived through. TrueRecord keeps current information and season statistics organized as the season happens, reducing the year-end scramble for coaches and administrators.
Coaches provide the information only they know. TrueRecord handles the organization, continuity, presentation and historical record.

Trust & Data Standard
Every record should show where it came from.
TrueRecord organizes current and historical information without pretending every source is equally strong. Official results, school records, community materials and unresolved records can all be preserved with their source and status visible.
Tier 1
Official sources
Timing companies, OHSAA results, district and state result exports.
Tier 2
School records
Coach scoring files, athletic department archives and season booklets.
Tier 3
Community sources
Media coverage, yearbooks and program materials. Used with their source clearly identified.
Tier 4
Needs review
Undated, handwritten or reconstructed records that still need clarification.
CONFLICTS STAY VISIBLE
Do not erase disagreement
When sources disagree, the differing records remain visible and flagged until the school can resolve them.
NOTHING IS INVENTED
Unclear stays unclear
If an athlete, result or historical record is unclear, it is marked for review rather than filled in by assumption.
YOUR RECORDS REMAIN YOURS
Built for continuity
Built around your school. Preserved beyond one coach, vendor or system.
True
A school should never be one coach's retirement away from losing its legacy.
TrueRecord began as one coach’s effort to keep a single school’s track history from disappearing. Missing seasons. Scattered files. Results that lived in memory instead of a useful record.
Moving old files into digital storage can preserve them. TrueRecord is being built to make that history searchable, visible and useful to the school, coaches, athletes, families and alumni.
Track & Field is where TrueRecord began. It is now being applied to Cross Country, Bowling, Swimming and Wrestling, rolling out one or two sports at a time.
